Commercial terms
- Time and materials, or an agreed scope with milestones. Rates and availability are discussed before a proposal.
- The scope, named engineers, responsibilities and delivery arrangements are agreed in writing before work starts.
- On-site, hybrid or remote delivery, agreed around the work and your team’s needs.
- Direct contracts with your organisation, or subcontracting through a prime supplier where agreed.
- Confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and security requirements are reviewed as part of contracting.
Security and data handling
- We agree access and data-handling requirements before work starts, including where code and data may be stored.
- We work in your repositories, cloud accounts and delivery tools under the access controls agreed for the project.
- Least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication and audit requirements form part of the security discussion.
- Handover includes a review of access, ownership and operational responsibilities with your team.
